Lebron James has really learned how to be smart with the media ever since the decision. He's put in good effort to improve what the perception of him is and it's great.
Nice comments by Lebron. He seems to matured a lot since losing the first Finals to Dallas in Miami. Now he's even talking about running for President of the Player's Union. I'm glad he mentioned Jeremy as well, Lin is underrated.
http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=242400 I would prefer to see Patrick Beverly start over Lin 122 12.96% U mad?
This is good ,anytime you have the best players talking about you its a good sign. I believe he wont be the only one talking about us. Just wait till the season starts and we unleash that PnR the super friends don't have anything on the Avengers !!! lol D12=hulk Harden=iron man Lin=loki Parsons=Thor Beverley=Captin America lol
I think LBJ might go for the back2back MVP championship record. 4 straight wins. If he does that he surpasses the MJ in something. He has to lose to move.
I'll recap the conversation you just stepped into: Dude seemed to think that a lot of Clutchfans wanted Beverley over Lin. I replied with a statistic showing that's not very true. Fin! I won't be imploding about anything regarding Jeremy Lin. I generally don't post about him. If he plays at the level that he is capable of - great! The team needs everything it can get.
If the Rockets want to trade Lin, they are going to have to play him up. They did it for bunch of players last season. Before shipping them up. Morey always goes for the upgrade.
Don't know if I accept that. Bob Gibson (Great base ball pitcher for you young guys. Ace of Cardinal staff that won series in 67 and lost in series in 68) said he feels more pressure every day as a black man in America, then from pitching in the world series. I agree with you basketball wise, but Lin carries pressures ('representing' his country) that others just don't. 'Bron may recognize that because he had pressures being from, playing for and ultimately leaving Cleveland/Akron.
I'm good with that, as long as he's held accountable if things go poorly. I think this league is starting to notice the potential of this team. It feels good.
