The Bad Boy Pistons got inside other people's heads, they didn't lose their own. Laimbeer, Mahorn and Rodman psychologically destroyed other teams. They rarely imploded on themselves. Later in his career Rodman went off into cuckoo land, but on those teams he was not looney on the court. Artest is looney all around right now. He's lost control of himself and does as much damage to his team as he does to others. That's an entirely different thing.
He may be a little crazy, but you gotta admit, he at least has passion and emotion... I think he gets a raw deal some of the time, but for the most part, he's physcologically winning by getting into playas heads...
