Starts tomorrow. Anyone got any recommendations from the list? http://www.houstonrestaurantweeks.com/
A few random suggestions. Rainbow Lodge - something gamey Hearsay - something to drink Mockingbird - burger Ousie's - chicken fried steak or fried oysters And don't tip like a b****.
ehh...not a fan or restaurant week its not that much cheaper most restaurants get busier then normal so food and service aren't up to par tiny ass portions
wow--nice list. Can't list all, but here's some I'd go to these five Autoro's Cinq Masraff's Merlion on 4th (Thai seafood in seabrook) NOE
haven is underrated . . . breakfast for dinner is great! tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays . . . probably not on the special restaurant month menu . . . and you get to finish with a mexican coke and jack daniels ice cream float. yum
It's not for me I'm more of a entree and bread person but if you like appetizers and desserts its worth a shot
we hit up perry's last friday, and will probably be going to iii forks or ruth's chris later this week.... the iii forks salad is probably the best i've ever had, anywhere.
did l'Olivier last night on Westheimer. It was pretty good French food, which I really like. Although I didn't order from the restaurant week menu. I'm pretty sure the Texans cheerleaders were in the back room, which I could see from my seat, so that was an added bonus.
