Haha, only like 2 of those things were basketball related, the rest was bullcrap based solely on his one year tenure with the Lakers.

Whatever floats his goat I suppose.

Can't wait for Lakers fans to make a new article about how they're better off with Robert Sacre for the next season.

That's Yahoo Contributor Network, but yeah some of them make me laugh. At first they loved getting him, but now that he left the Lakers Howard suddenly turned into crap.

But if you read the last part he did say Gasol isn't better than Howard. All he did was point out things that he does differently.

That article isn't that bad, and it certainly doesn't qualify as "LA can't get over Howard". The author states time after time that Howard is a better player than Gasol, and that LA fans and media did not give Howard enough credit for playing through multiple injuries and have unfairly trashed him since his departure. For a Laker fan article, it's downright reasonable. Gasol does do some things better than Howard, e.g., shoot the ball from beyond three feet, including free throws. The off-court stuff is irrelevant from our standpoint, but presumably the helped convince D-12 to move here. Yay for us, too bad for LA.

    "Is Gasol better than Howard?

Of course not." -from the article you linked.

Its funny how the Laker fans are still bitter over Dwight Howard. We all know if the Lakers front office had the choice of Dwight or Pau right now, they would take Dwight.

One thing they tried to sell Dwight on is that after next season they will have so much cap room to build around him. How will they get the cap room? Yea that's right, letting Pau Gasol's contract expire so the Lakers can build around Dwight. If Pau was better, they would of just let Dwight walk and build around Gasol.

    Meh. One Lakers fan's opinion.

I remember Rockets fans in the summer of 2012 talking about how Morey should keep our promising young guys (such as Royce White, Jeremy Lamb, Motiejunas, Terrence Jones) and not give up too many of them for Dwight Howard because he might leave after one year. I had some of these thoughts myself-- in fact, the one guy I really didn't want to give up was Royce White... :)

I lived in LA a long time. Lakers fans are worse than even Cowboys or Yankees fans.

The best is yet to come for Lakers fans.

They will receive electroshock treatments when their team is slowly slipping into the abyss of bottom dwellers.

Good news on the horizon!!! They are able to alleviate their pain by becoming Clippers fans.

You used P.G. to stand for Pau Gasol? Good grief, don't just call him a point guard, it's not that hard to spell.

I laughed at "Stretch the floor".

Pringles had so much success last season with it!
