Wow, you suck. Annie Hall is fantastic. Bad taste... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/OpIYz8tfGjY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/0WtBImIxvjA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Fantastic romantic comedy. One of the very best...
Wow you suck for liking Annie Hall. Its people like you that hype up duds and make things out to be more than they are. Yes I'm stretching here a little but this is a bbs message board and I try to remain hype free. I absolutely LOVE the sleeper and I understand there is a certain type of that woody allen humor. That said the 'romantic comedy' aspect of annie hall was downright terrible. It was so contrived and forced. Nothing compelling about the story at all. The way annie hall acted when she first meets woody allen and just the whole setup felt about as real as pawns stars. The out take pandering to the camera is probably a first or one of first...and perhaps a pioneer in film in 1st person takeaways.. but even ferris bueller does is better and more effectively. Just because woody allen may have done it 'first' or 'before' it certainly wasn't executed to ferris bueller standards. Now back to the hyping. I am still slated to see Hannah and her sisters but critics and blowhards like you kept telling me 'annie hall' .. 'annie hall' and all these years the hype was there. What a let down. The romance wasnt compelling and woody allen had the audacity to refer to the same groucho marx brewhaha -don't want to belong to any club that would have me as a member. not once but 2 times!! Go see the sleeper and appreciate woody allen there. Annie hall sucks. Turrible.
I have seen Sleeper many times, a great film, but so is Annie Hall. It's unfortunate that your brain can't wrap itself around itself to appreciate it. Very interesting aspects of relationships being shown in the film. The late great Gene nails it... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/qBFoc0ewGck" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Smurfs 2: 4/10, never saw the first one, but it's suppose to be better The incredible Burt Wonderstone: 6/10 Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be...
The To Do List - Love me some Aubrey Plaza but she's just miscast in the lead role. A few scenes are truly laugh out loud funny but there aren't nearly as many as there should be, some jokes miss badly. C 2 Guns - Plot is silly but Marky Mark and Denzel are having a blast, dialogue and action are both a lot of fun. Had a lot more fun than expect - A
Finally saw This is the End. I thought it was hilarious. For what it was supposed to be (a ridiculous comedy) it was great, 4 out of 5 stars. The actors in it do a great job making fun of themselves and playing into the popular criticisms each of them get and turning that into their role for the movie. Michael Cera was freaking awesome in it. Small part, steals the movie whenever he is on the screen.
Me and my brother-in-law have been on this exorcism/zombie/ghost kick the past few weeks and we recently watched the Last Exorcism. It's surprisingly good. The acting is good, the story is good, and the whole mockumentary style of shooting works great. It's not really scary and it won't make you jump out of your seat but it's a good story. 8/10
Justice League Flashpoit Paradox 9/10 This is probably the best Superhero Animated film I've seen, alongside Under the Red Hood. The story was awesome, the visuals were top notch and boy was it brutal! If you like yourself some superheroes, I thoroughly suggest this. If you're really into the DC universe you'll enjoy it more for the huge amount of characters in it, while not seeming crowded
Michael Clayton - 7.5/10 Didn't love it, but great acting and a pretty cool ending. Story was told in a really cool way. Very enjoyable and I recommend to those who missed it like I did.
Justice League Flashpoint Paradox Just got done watching and it was AMAZING! The violence, cussing, and plot made this animated superhero a standout. 10/10 I'm currently downloading Batman Returns Part I & 2 and was wondering.. What other good animated DC/Marvel movies are there? ( I really enjoyed the PG-13 element of FlashPoint Paradox) The violence and cussing seemed so warranted. I'm kinda newish to the superhereo genre only after watching a couple episodes of Young Justice, Wheedon's Avengers, Nolan's Batmans. Not really exposed to the Animated Movies.
Actually I've been very impressed with nearly all of the DC DTV movies, most are quite mature. I'd suggest JL Doom and Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths Weakest ones they've put out are Superman entries, in my opinion and 2nd GL stand alone film. Rest have been very impressive.
All the DC animated films are good; there isnt one bad movie in the list below. Even the ones I thought I wasn't going to enjoy (wonder woman, Batman: year one) are amazing entries. go and watch all of Justice league and Justice league unlimited on netflix too. Spoiler 1.1 Superman: Doomsday 1.2 Justice League: The New Frontier 1.3 Batman: Gotham Knight 1.4 Wonder Woman 1.5 Green Lantern: First Flight 1.6 Superman/Batman: Public Enemies 1.7 Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths 1.8 Batman: Under the Red Hood 1.9 Superman/Batman: Apocalypse 1.10 All-Star Superman 1.11 Green Lantern: Emerald Knights 1.12 Batman: Year One 1.13 Justice League: Doom 1.14 Superman vs. The Elite 1.15 Batman: The Dark Knight Returns 1.16 Superman: Unbound 1.17 Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox As a whole, Marvel animated films aren't very good. Ultimate Avengers 1 & 2 are the only ones that are on par with the DC animated offerings.
Can somebody tell me where I can watch this Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox? All I've seen on here is good things about it.

We're the Millers - 6.5/10 Currently 24% on RT. I went in with extremely low expectations, but thought it held its own and had more than a few funny moments. Audience was into it as well.
Pacific Rim - 6.5/10 It's worth it for the visuals. The fighting monsters/robots are awesome. Most of the plot is poorly filled-out and cheesy. The acting lives a LOT to be desired. All that said...I would still recommend seeing this in the theater to anyone who loves monster/robot movies.
