It's just paying homage to African Roots, and should never be done by White people(coming from a white guy)

 

everyone pole jocks everything from someone else. who cares. and yes, we all remember the song P-poppin. even ying yang twins had a song called whistle while you twerk in 2000.

I'm talking bout way before 2000, in the 90's when New Orleans bounce music was created this was a huge fad. If it wasn't for New Orleans Bounce music, strippers would still be boring world wide.

 

They use to call it "back dat azz up" back in the day.
