Any type of violence towards homeless is pretty much a disturbing look into the person. I am okay with him talking crap to a homeless guy but any act of violence on any level especially to a homeless person is completely unacceptable

What about throwing homeless people through windows, or laying hands on homeless fans? Is the homeless part what makes it worse?

 

A lot of bums, especially in the great northwest, are extremely aggressive and obnoxious with their panhandling. I wouldn't be at all shocked if evidence comes to light showing that he had it coming.

 

I would give Terrence a little more benefit of doubt, if that were the case, but I haven't seen anything like that . . . most of all, the man was laying down, so.

If jones was being attacked then of course jones has his right to defend. The initial understanding is the homeless guy was pretty helpless. Almost akin to a sucker punch. I am not a big fan of guys who sucker punch when you are not looking.

 

Then Jones would have been a humanitarian instead on a jerk, so, sure.

You are assuming too much. I have been kicked before, in the leg, by a friend just messing around. It stung me for like a second, I called him a jerk we laughed and got I over it. I don't consider any part of that transaction violent. Only the overly dramatic would call a kick in the leg violence. It's time to get off your high horse and join reality.

Reality is that while drunk humans make a lot of mistakes and on a scale from 1 to 10 a kick in the leg is about a .5. 10 would be drunk driving and killing someone. 9 would be raping a teenage girl. But calling a kick in the leg and a yell of wake up! to a crack head who should not be sleeping their in the first place a violent act is absolutely ludacris. It is the very definition of embellishment and is very dangerous to the future very of an otherwise smart young man.

I'm sorry I won't be calling for a Terence Jones hanging today. Why don't you go protest the real criminals like andrew zimmerman not a young guy who made a dumb mistake.
