He's the owner, he has every right to get whomever he wants. Its his money on the line. You as a fan can choose not to buy his product if you disagree with his vision.

This is a much better poll than the other stupid "Would you still be a Rockets fan if..." poll.

I know Les wouldn't like it, but I'd be happy to be rid of the LOFs here.

There is a big difference between retired and traded. If Yao was traded to the Atlanta Hawks, you can bet your bottom dollar Coke would outsell Pepsi in China.

It was the worst thing you could do as a response.

This thread and your thread are the kind of things that suck the fun out of CF.

I suggest you have at least 3 greens to start threads.

These lin fans can't create anything original.
Its like we rockets fans make movies and these guys sell bootleg dvds on the street

look at under your name, it says "Member", if it says "Rookie" than you can't make threads.

Rookie status is not about join date, it's the status where Clutch and crew think you don't deserve to make threads.

Before you ask, I won't be a Rockets fan if anyone of Harden, Lin, Howard, Asik or Parsons is traded.

Well said. I followed many players in different team sports from bball to hockey to baseball. While watching the games, the sole objective is rooting for my player's team to win. It's funny when I have my fav's on both teams. Then I just want the better team to win.

The difference is the said role player can become a top player if given time and opportunity as indicated by his stats and his team's stats when the opportunity presented itself.

The analogy is still quite real; it's just the 21st century version. Lin is still being met with all kinds of racial insults and slurs from the side lines and in trash talks, from opposing teams' fans and players. I personally heard in an away game fans yelling "ye**** d** go back to China" when he came out of the tunnel, and in another peole yelling at him "hey, Ch*nk!" from the side line.
