    Expect some love from Officials.
NBA wants to see Rockets(Yao)>Suns; Wizzards(Jordan)>Bucks.
    Simple as that.

    93:85 Rockets

    Go Rockets

    1) The Rockets have a HUGE inside advantage. The inside of the Bucks defense is soft. If there is EVER a night for Yao to have a big night, this is it. Yao needs to give us 20/10 tonight.

    2) If Mobley can't play go with Hawkins at the SG spot instead of Moochie at the PG spot. At least Hawkins can give you decent defense on Redd, Payton, D. Mason etc instead of Moochie getting lit up on defense and providing nothing on offense.

    3) Play some perimeter defense! Payton, Cassell, Redd, Mason, Thomas, Kukoc...the list goes on and one. They have a lot of shooters on this team. Play good perimeter defense and force tough shots and Yao and Griffin should gobble up rebounds!

    4) Hustle, Rebound and play with a sense of urgency. This is a game we can win. The Bucks have been playing very sporadiclly lately! And with Philly coming up next and playing well, a win in Milwaukee would be huge. A loss would be VERY very tough!

If there was ever a must-win game for the Rox it's tonight! Well, that is until the next game @ PHI. *hehe*

I hope we (the Rockets) don't get outrebounded in tonight's game. You know the Bucks have a soft interior when their best post-up player is Gary Payton and Sam Cassell!!!!

    GO ROX!

    Thank you Yogi Berra.

Once again, I have a bad feeling about this one like the one I had the day of the Nets game. Not good. The Rockets are free-falling right now.

    Bucks in a blowout.

From the movie, "Stripes," starring Bill Murray:
John Winger: C'mon, it's Czechoslovakia! We zip in, we pick 'em up, we zip right out again! We're not going to Moscow. It's Czechoslovakia! It's like we're going into Wisconsin.
Russell Ziskey: I once got my a$$ kicked in Wisconsin.

The key for this game is to bench Larry Smith, or even better, trade him.

Is mobley playing in this Game? We will need him if we are to face Cassell and Payton in the backcourt. I definely don't want to see Francis get doubled team by those two because they are not going to go after moochie. Hopefully moochie has a big game if Mobleys out again.

heres how dimemag calls it...its their game of the day

    Game of the Day

Game of the Day – April 2, 2003

    By Bryan Horowitz

    Rockets at Bucks

    The Deal
Two teams fighting for their playoff lives go at it tonight as Houston visits Milwaukee. Right now, Milwaukee is the 8th seed by a hair over Washington in the East, as they have countered an alarming fade by winning their last two games. Houston is a whisker out of the final playoff spot in the tough Western Conference, and losing to Jersey badly the other night didn’t help their cause. With both teams thinking of their potential playoff spots being on the line with every game, this should be a hard-fought contest.

    The Weapons
Steve Francis is sick of being on an underachieving team, and let his teammates know about it by ripping into them after Houston’s loss to the Nets the other night. He should have. His guys didn’t show up for a crucial game. Francis is having a typically great year, and he has done a tremendous job of incorporating Yao Ming into the team. Ming is still putting out great commercials (the new Gatorade ad is great), and he’s also playing some quality hoops, as evidenced by his 8-11 shooting and team leading 24 points against the Nets. The third key component of Houston’s offense is banged up a bit, as Cuttino Mobley missed the Rockets’ last game with a hurt finger. His status is day-to-day.

The Rockets sorely need his three-point shooting and overall game and cockiness in the lineup. Houston is also missing the leadership of Rudy T., who is taking the rest of the season to deal with some health concerns. If Mobley continues to miss time, Houston needs better shooting from their other 4 main regular wing players, James Posey, Eddie Griffin, Glen Rice, and Moochie Norris, who combined to shoot 8 for 30 in the loss to the Nets.

Since Gary Payton joined the team in a blockbuster trade, the Bucks haven’t exactly lit up the rest of the League, going just 9-12. However, after a tough stretch in which the Bucks lost 8 out of 10, they’ve rebounded by winning their last two. The Glove and Sam Cassell have combined to do an excellent job in the Milwaukee backcourt, usually combining for over 40 points and 15 dimes a night. People wondered how George Karl was going to mesh the two and delegate playing time, but when you have two point guards that good, it makes it nearly impossible for opponents to defend them both. Desmond Mason has emerged from a deep team to play major minutes, and Michael Redd is now the third-most accurate three point shooter of all time. Milwaukee’s problem? No defense. GP is great, but with him and Cassell, the Bucks are small, and post players can pick them apart. They need some big bodies, a problem to address in the offseason… along with keeping Payton around.

    The Drama

Both of these teams will be hungry, but Milwaukee will have no answer down low for Ming. Houston will feed him all game. If Mobley doesn’t play, the Bucks’ backcourt will give Francis and Moochie fits, but even so, the Rockets will pound Ming at them the whole game and get closer to sneaking into the Playoffs.

    The Prediction:
    Rockets, 101-94.
