I like Miller, and it's obvious he'd help quite a bit with his experience, shooting and overall smart play. I am worried that his body will finally give out though. But even though he's a walking chandelier, he still played some damn good ball when he was out there for Miami, and in big-game situations too. So basically, I think we shouldn't expect too much out of him if he comes here, and we should probably try to preserve him somewhat during the regular season.
If we got Miller and Camby, the roster would be: Lin/Bev/AB/Canaan. (4) Harden/Miller/Williams. (3) Parsons/Garcia/Casspi. (3) Jones/D-Mo/Smith. (3) Dwight/Asik/Camby. (3) That's 16... Somebody has to go....
Unless the new cba doesn't count players in the dleague, he will still count against the roster. I'd hate to drop Greg. I'd rather let Caspi go.
I'm not in favor of acquiring Miller, I think his best days are behind him and all we are going to get is someone who is constantly on the injured list. Regardless in Morey I trust. ....... ....... .......
if his best days are ahead him, he'd cost you at least 6Mil./yr. we're talking about pay the Vet. Min. for a 40% 3pt shooter to help in the playoffs and maybe 10~12min. a game behind Harden.
Lol, sign the dude as a free agent and then immediately let him go?? I'm also not really much of a Mike Miller fan. Yes he is a good 3-point shooter, but his constant injuries and lack of defense aren't worth that to me. We will see what happens!
I am not understanding what we are doing. We have signed Garcia, Casspi, Brooks, and Williams. We also signed Rookies Canaan, Covington, and Young. Do anybody have a clue to why we are going after Miller?

The Heat amnestied Mike Miller. So the Rockets weren't expecting him to be available. Now that he is available, they have already filled roster spots.
