Harden has never ever given another player credit. I remember in the playoffs when the Thunder tried the Hack Omer strategy, and Harden took credit for Asik's free throw shooting. I remember when they were talking about Garcia's defense on Durant, and Harden took all the credit for that as well. Then there were the two games against Portland and Denver where Lin scored 22 and 23 points on back to back games. That's right once again, James Harden said that was all because of him, and him alone. It's unreal.
It was more the organization than his teammates. The organization gave Barry zero help, its embarrassing. That FO has to be one of the worst ran franchises in sports history. Its a miracle Sanders didn't get killed out there, I applaud him leaving on his terms. Inept management is to blame.

The reality with sports is that unless success comes soon, other options may be available in a few years. There seems to be little loyalty either from the players side or team side these days.
