    Lol I can't believe Lin has more votes than the two stars on this team combined. Seems like nothing changes. Well we won't miss the playoffs for sure, but if we do it's gotta be on McHale the most. Morey got us 2 top ten players along with very good complimentary players. If they don't succeed it's on the coaching staff for not getting them to mesh.

    Since some blamed Lin for Rox made playoff last season, let's blame him if Rox does not make it next year. He is the easy target to everyone.

    If we MISS THE PLAYOFFS, and it is not because of injuries then that means the coach failed miserably.

    What's the point discussing this though? A healthy Rockets team won't miss the playoffs unless McHale intentionally sets out to lose and he doesn't get fired.

    To put it another way, even a lineup of Howard/Covington/Williams/Harden/Canaan with 3 NBDL signings should make the playoffs.

    PLAYOFFS?! No but for real just watch them one game at a time and enjoy the season. Its not the end of the world..we have these guys for at least 2-3 more years...

    Unless it's insufficient effort from the players' part (e.g. too busy off court to keep improving their game), the blame is almost exclusively on the coach.
