How could I forget "I'm Sorry Ms. Jackson"? Ugh.

And much as Santana rules, "Oy Como Va" is torture.

That JLo duet with LL Cool J is absolutely hideous.

And the first two Jay-Z singles off his new album, in my opinion, have totally sucked. Especially the latest one where Pharrell "I produce every single radio hit released" Williams tries to sing the chorus. I like N.E.R.D., but I'm really getting sick of seeing that guy in every single video.

"God Bless the USA" by Lee Greenwood.

I appreciate the sentiment, and I agree with what he is trying to say in the lyrics, but my God the song itself is just hideous, and I cringe everytime I hear it. I run for cover when I hear people trying to sing along with it.

The Macarena would qualify as a pest song.

Madonna's voice is average. She is popular because of her publicity stunts. If you took away those, you would have a just a regular-mediocre singer. Although I will admit I loved her in the 80s while I was growing up. I was actually Madonna one year for Halloween :)!

I probably shouldn't have admitted that.

I'm not sure which way to read that, but whichever was accurate, you have opened yourself up for some, well, inquiries, I would imagine.

I may get slammed for this, but after listening to it during baseball games and actually having congressmen/women attempt to make it the new national anthem.....I think "God Bless America" is freaking weak.

I mean, come on, its from a MUSICAL for godssake!!!!!

"The original version of "God Bless America" was written by Irving Berlin (1888-1989) during the summer of 1918 at Camp Upton, located in Yaphank, Long Island, for his Ziegfeld-style revue, Yip, Yip, Yaphank"

Maybe next some congressman can nominate "Rum Tum Tiger" or "Gellical Cats" as our anthem. Hell, Cats is amazing....I want to see it again and again......

Having My Baby is right up there, but in that genre I'd have to go with All Out of Love by Air Supply. Pure torture. I'd rather listen to somebody strangle a cat.

Other hideous songs I wish I'd never heard:
We're Not Gonna Take It– Twisted Sister
Bang Your Head – Quiet Riot

I have a new submission. That damn song they keep on playing on ESPN during the Women's basketball promotion. "I-aye-aye-aye-aye-aye-aye am a Giant."

For one thing, I doubt being freakish giants is the image that womens' basketball is looking for. Second, the song is just plain awful. Please ESPN, make it stop.

    1. Pharrell is the man.
    2. Jay-Z's second single was hot.
    3. Nick Cannon's "Ya Pops Don't Like Me" is only second to Will Smith's "Wild Wild West"
