Nice interview. Nothing controversial. Most interesting thing for me was that Dwight had 2 pages of prepared questions and was interested in how his image would be repaired. I just laugh at those of you who think anything he said implies Asik or Lin are going to be traded. When asked specifically about that, he gave a very media savvy answer.
I so think Morey's trying to move them. I don't think McHales high on Lin and Asik wants to go so I so think that's the plan but we won't get rid of them for chump change. With them, without them, it's gonna be an exciting year. Personally, I wish they'd stay.
Yeah, I think Lin's radio silence does make it seem like he was given a heads-up that they're looking to move him. Like you said though, they're not just going to dump him so noone knows.
I don't think their network includes the opinions expressed on clutchfans. Probably referring to the people in and around the organization.
I doubt Daryl Morey keeps Chandler afloat of every one of his decisions or moves. I don't think CParsons really knows.
It's amazing how much Howard seems to care about his public image. Parsons mentions how Howard brought the topic up during his meeting with Houston, and other articles I've read bring this up as well. As for Parsons, I like how straightforward his answers are. Especially, when he talks about his game and what he needs to work on, it's pretty spot on. Usually, players tend to be pretty vague about these points.
It sounds like McHale wants to use Parsons as a 4 who can space the floor this season. Beverly/lin Harden Garcia Parsons Dwight We could see that in bursts allthroughout the season if Asik and Lin don't get traded for a PF.
