    I caught this flaoting around on the Suns website. Thought you would like to see it.

    As the end of the regular season approaches, the Phoenix Suns' basketball communications department sent out a flyer and video to more than 150 members of the national media hyping Amaré Stoudemire for NBA Rookie of the Year. Check out the Amaré Stoudemire video that the Suns sent national media members who will vote on the NBA's Rookie of the Year award. The six-minute package, put together by Suns Productions, features some of Stoudemire's best games and sickest dunks.     Why don't they send them a highlight tape of of Amare's slick baseline spin move, his effortless jump hook, his sweet mid range jumper, and the pinpoint, behind the head passes to cutting teammates...

    Okay, so I just watched the 6 minute video on the Suns website....and I want to puke...

    They show the Amare dunk "over Yao" 6 times...and they show the one block he had on Yao twice.

    They end the video with Kobe saying, "Amare is the rookie of the year, and honestly, its not even close." Excuse me while I go hurl.

    Anybody on this website have access to Rockets games tapes? I have an awesome idea for a Yao video.

    FYI, I emailed Tim from the Rockets Organization about this thread and about what the Suns are doing.

    Tim said, "rest assured that our campaign with the media has been going on for a almost two months now. The Suns aren't beating us on that front."

    Just thought I would pass it on! :)

    Man, the ROY race is looking more and more like the Precidential campaign. Just make sure the ballots aren't "butterfly." :D

    Anyway, the real ROY is Yao, hand down...

    no one rook has done more for the organization and league than Yao...

    It is going to be a crime if Yao isn't...

    This is the lamest post ever. Even if Yao AND Amare didn't win ROY, it would still go to Caron Butler.
