Casspi envisions positive impact on Rockets

    That's why I've been trying to tell again and again that Casspi is a perfect signing by Morey. He is super motivated after been in Scotts dog house for two years. If you look at his stats (advanced) for instance here

    He was second in Cleveland after Varejao in defensive rebounds, first in steals and second in defensive rating. He was seventh in effective field goal percentage. So even in his bad year, he was not that bad at all.

    So what is there for the Rockets? The guy comes to play basically for free. He will play his butt of because he is finally in a great team that plays basketball that fits his strong points. He certainly brings much more to the table than his salary would require. The Rockets can only win in this deal.
