    These fines are only levied if another team complains as well. I'd put money on it being Cuban, don't see Mitch having that douchey streak for the Lakers to do it.

    I didn't see anyone answer this. Just look at the Howard signing alone. You have statements made publicly by Kupchafe and Cuban about Howard. How are they not fined as well?

    So a team can come out and say that they recieved a call that they have been elimnated froma FA's wish list, but a GM cannot say he screamed when a FA informs him that he will be signing with them? Sounds like a practice in anal retentiveness on the part of the Commish, again... SMH
