I agree, that is a really nice front line, I think this is a really good signing by the Lakers. Kaman is really good, even banged up he was putting up 10 and 6. When healthy he can probably give the Lakers about 15 to 17 ppg, about 8 to 9 rpg, and just over 1 bpg, which is really good production especially if Nash, Kobe and Paul are healthy. Health willing they should be a playoff team.
That is what is going to kill them. What the Lakers need to do is load up on bench players. A good backup PF and C and a backup PG and SG. The Lakers are also supposedly going after Lamar Odom. He wants to stay in LA and playing for the Clippers who are in good shape is fine but remember, he has his rings so he might want to return to the Lakers.

Chris Kaman has agreed to a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/228737/Kaman-Agrees-To-One-Year-Deal-With-Lakers
Kaman is actually quite good on Offense as a center. He's got post moves and a jumper. If he's healthy, Pau and Kaman could do work.
