    I think TJones will be the more versatile player with DMo off the bench. I like them both alot though. Even with the added weight DMo will still need some work on defensive end. But, they are a nice combo at the 4 along with Asik and all the 3/4s they try to throw there. Only so many minutes for everyone.

    He isn't Dirk, but he is a threat, and definitely a better shooter then T-Jones.

    Time for Jones to show he is on j.smoove level now!!!

    But honestly I'd like jones due to his athletic ability and rebounding, plus I think he will demand more attention on offense due to his ball handling and shot.

    T.jones = J.smoove lite (jones will be a better shooter I believe)

    Monte=Anderson lite, lite!!

    I think it's too much to ask Jones and D-Mo to become stretch 4's overnight. Behind the Arc shooting has never been their strength. Even Patrick Patterson couldn't become effective with 3 years under his belt.

    At this point, it's more realistic to develop their midrange jumper and face up game. Lots of PF can't hit 3's.

    Just purchased the Summer League package (14.99). Really interested to see how T Jones has improved this offseason. I think he could be our potential "breakout" player next year and claim that number 4 spot. He's a younger Josh Smith if you ask me. This kid has all the talent, its just about him believing that in his head. Should be interesting. I hope the Rockets give him a shot.

    Montis' court awareness is slighty better than Jones is..Let them fight for the spot..its gonna end up that way anyway..

    to be honest Terrence Jones should have been the starter after Ppatt got traded. If we have D12 and TJones working down low I think we would pose a mismatch with the rest of the league with such athleticism and skill on both ends of the court. Dwight can handle things under the basket while T Jones not a stretch 4 but a guy who can knock down a 15 ft jumper. Putting T Jones at the 4 will make us not good BUT GREAT

    Isn't it obvious. One of these guys will flash consistently and then will be dealt at the deadline w Asik for a bona fide Pf that is not currently on the market.

    Yeah that was Gersas Rosen (sp?) on one of the podcasts. DMo's biggest problem last season was getting pushed around and not being able to hold his position in the post. If his added weight comes with added strength in his base then I think he is the odds on favorite.

    That said, I find myself going back and forth between him, TJones and GSmith. I thought Greg took a really big step last season and showed a lot of potential but he obviously had a ways to go in his development as of the end of the season. I'm not sure he fits all that well next to D12.

    TJones. He is more ready than DMo. If it wasn't for the injury he would have contributed last season.
