Of course they will. LaMarcus is at least an all star. Houston Rockets offense should be simple: Harden + Howard pick and roll, with LaMarcus being the strecher and 2nd source of offense next to Dwight down low.
Morey no longer has to push for anything. Deals will come to him, because of the Rockets' star power. If not LMA, maybe K-Love. Whatever. PS, so this is what it feels like to be a Lakers' fan?
IMO laMarcus Aldridge would be a great fit. Could be a alternative pick and roll guy and he can be the primary pick and pop player. He is a good post player and it could complement Dwight down low to give a different look
We used our assets, and they have given us Harden and Howard. We don't have enough assets anymore to get LMA. Asik is not enough, and giving up Parsons+ picks would patch the hole at PF, while opening up another. I believe our best hope right now is Ryan Anderson
Agreed....... What I like about the option of having Anderson is that he can play the stretch 5 if he had too. And we could just run teams in to the dirt like last year if we had too.
Anderson can stretch the floor that is for sure. But he can't pick and pop. Dwight can't either. And also what if Dwight gets cold down low, who is going to step up scoring in the paint?
So Portland is boring = his team is willing to give him to us in some lopsided trade. Got it. Give it up people, please. The LMA lovefest on this forum is as bad as the Lin wars.
I consider Lopez as a garbage player that happen to play great. He should be a backup at best. They should trade LMA for Asik and have Asik as the starter.
Detroit trades Monroe, Knight and Jerebko for Rondo Boston trades Rondo for Asik, Knight, 2 picks and ca$h Houston trades Asik, Motiejunas, 2 picks and ca$h for Aldridge Portland trades Aldridge for Monroe, Motiejunas and Jerebko
Just stop and think of a frontline of Howard, Aldridge, and Parsons. Just think about it. Would like your butt kicking with mustard or without?
