Chronicle has reported security is extra tight tonight, and they will wand every person. game time is 8pm. I'd say, don't be later than 7pm.
What a bugger... I went to the Sonics-Rockets game last week, and I was stuck in a LONG line stretching back about 100 Yaos (my new standard of measure), while everyone was being "wanded". It was down to five minutes before tipoff, and I was still way back in line, when the Seattle security simply gave up, and let everyone in! Bizarre... I'm looking forward to a nice long line for the Jordan game tonight. Pure hell, coming right up. Good luck to everyone going to the Rockets game. I hope the security "pulls a Seattle".
ZRB, for our information, how long before the game did you get in that line, and how long were you waiting in the line? thx
I got to the game at about 6:15, and was waiting in line until about 6:55 (7:00 start), when the security gave up. I probably would have been in line another half-hour if not for that. It was insane. I definitely encourage everyone to arrive at least an hour early, if not more. Of course, that was the first day of the new security measures. Hopefully the security staffs around the league have gotten the hang of it a bit, and will speed up the process.
lol...security just gave up? Wow...good security. It's weird when they say it's sold out but no one is in the arena. Well security is not bad. It's to keep everyone safe! Have fun at the game!
