I think we all saw this coming. He should command a pretty nice piece because he's young, dependable, good size and a rebounding machine. Centers like that don't become available often.
To be honest, it didn't matter whether or not Asik was happy or unhappy. Morey wasn't going to be paying him that much to be a backup anyways and was going to trade him once he knew he was getting Howard.
yeah I get why. but not a surprise he was probably going to have to be gone anyway. get him while his value is at its peak
Asik is paid. Why does he care? He can rest his body by being a legit backup (Gortat) and get another big contract in 2 years.
Damn ,I always liked Omer sucks that's he's upset . But you can't blame him . He's definitely a goner now .

I do feel bad for Omer in all of this chaos. He gave Houston everything and for that reason, he'll get substantial minutes no matter where he ends up. Best of luck to Asik in the future, and thanks for a fun year.
