Bye Bye Connie! Connie Chung's show has been cancelled instead of just postponed due to extended war coverage. I think I saw the show once and turned it quickly when she played devil's advocate a little too convincingly. It seemed like getting Connie Chung was a major coup for CNN, but she is getting her butt kicked by O'Reilly. I guess there is no room for her or Donahue...
I've never liked Connie chung as a news person. I was suprised she got this show with CNN. Good luck to her.
CC show was crappy...I was channel surfing and quickly changed it.. Although, I am biased, I don't like CNN...too liberal...
No kidding...Aaron Brown is not the answer either, although I do like his wandering, rambling style rather than making it sound too "by-the-book" which Connie had been known for (sans the infamous episode)
Has he always had the wandering rambling style? I noticed that about him too but I thought it was cause he's putting in long hours (at night) and usually he is unscripted.
Screw you guys, nobody can deny the ultimate domination of expertise exhibited by General Clark. Who is that guy over at fox, ret. pfc Nobody or something? Brown is the shiznit, he sets up General Clark with smooth questions so that General Clark can give us his expert analysis without breaking a sweat. Shepo at Fox is all like "Hey, I can't control the VOLUME OF MY VOICE. I don't understand when the correct TIME TO PUT emphasis on MY QUESTIONS and commentary is. I keep making Freudian slips like when I SAID BLOW JOB WHILE TALKING ABOUT J-LO. I need a few MINUTES EVERY DAY from right wing nut jobs like Hannity to keep people watching. Am I the only PERSON WHO DOESN'T believe Neil Cavuto looks LIKE A NERD."
Haha, when I first saw him I thought he was new and that's why he was unscripted. But it's his style, and I think he does a good job.
Aaron Brown and Brian Williams kick ass up and down the other biatches. Especially against that Hannity and Colmes tag team Satan Duo. I swear one of those two is the devil reincarnate.
Abrams is more of a legal correspondent than a news host. He was great in the 2000 election but he's out of his element in war reporting.
Amusingly enough, I was watching CNN headline news today, and Connie Chung was the anchor woman reporting that "Connie Chung Tonight" had been cancelled. "I'd just like to let all the CNN viewers know that my show has been cancelled, so f*** off you bastards".
I really like Aaron Brown. He's been the man for CNN since 9/11. He handled that whole thing rather well. He does ramble, but in a good way. He almost seems like a regular guy asking the kind of questions that we would ask.
You do know why Maury married Connie.... ...cuz Jews always love to eat Chinese. Got that from a Friar Club roast on Comedy Central. Sadly it was the only laughable joke during the show.
Thank the lord. She has the most annoying voice. She asks the most bizarre questions. She is easily the worst journalist in the history of television. Anyone watch MAD TV on Fox? The asian guy on that show lampoons Connie Chung all the time. It's hilarious.
