I'm not sure why Belgium would want to pay for trials whose sentences will never be imposed. It seems like a stupid law to allow Belgian prosecution of crimes that have nothing at all to do with them. Something to curb these things is probably a good idea.

I have a question. Do we give any kind of reperations for innocent civilains killed. I mean, those Syrians on that Bus deserve something.
