[Hip Hop] Jay Z- Magna Carta Holy Grail

This album is awesome.

Haven't found a song I haven't liked so far.

Its not bad, but I dunno, I feel like I was expecting more. Its kind of forgettable and not very interesting. Theres a few tracks I really like and will go back to, but for an album he hyped up like this, its just really underwhelming. There's been a whole lot more interesting rap albums released just this year

 

It's definitely not his best album. I think it's solid.

Timbaland said it was Jay-Z's best album. HAHA.

 

I hope d12 is listening to the album. Jigga man ain't rapping about LA or Dallas!!

About how I feel. Not his best album, especially considering hype compared to output. But good offering.

A usual Jay-Z album, he starts out spitting FIRE establishing the tone first song or 2nd. On this one, 2 of the first 4 songs feels like its the GUEST STAR's song and like Jay-Z is making the cameo. Took a while to establish hip hop Jay-Z sound IMO.

The first part is probably using the guest star names. But I like the 2nd part of the album better. I'm wondering if was done like that intentionally.

Why are the most interesting beats and concepts on the shortest TRANSITION songs lol. They shoulda stretched the 50 sec bits out some more.

And whats up with the Notorious B.I.G. voice sample just using him for 5 words? A tease leading to nothing, pointless "collabo"

Ok, I've looked online on iTunes and best buy and it says the 9th. I thought S4 users got it on the 3rd and everyone else on the 4th. I don't know what I was thinking.

 

What's the highest quality link available right now. That 66 MB one isn't going to cut it for me quality wise.
