At his best Gay was a Top 30 in the league player which is relatively good

Hmm... Detroit's been playing busy bee under the radar. Reports have them making a play for JSmoove and Gay while attempting to unload undesirable contracts and redundancies. Their roster's going to look competitive out East if they manage to acquire those 2.

They would be absolutely terrible. Who is going to space the floor on that team? All you would have to do is pack the paint and that team would be lucky to score 85 a night. Today's NBA is too smart to just get good players and throw them together, you have to build a team
