At the behest of being "snarky" I submit to you that this is circumvention if indeed TWC offers Dwight a TV show to re-sign with the Lakers.
This almost makes it harder for Dwight to sign with LA. Oh look, TWC offered him a show and he stayed. We all know where his priorities are!
