    Is this legal? Or as long as it's non-monetary?

    Can a company say, "we'll sign you for $10M/season to be our spokesman" if you sign with the Rockets?

    Kolache Factory is awful. Contractors bring that all the time and it just sits. No one wants that s***.

    Man, not sure where you work. Kolache Factory is hands down, one of the best kolache joints by far. Id say "in my opinion" but I hear way too many people rave about them.

    If it is the Original Kolache Factory they are the best in town. The others I can't speak for.

    This morning, for example:

    All the Chik-Fil-A breakfast is gone
    All the breakfast tacos are gone
    Much of the fruit is gone

    But there are still 6 boxes of Kolache Factory, most of them untouched.

    I'm not in a position to actually hire any of these contractors for a job (I just take the food and try to avoid eye contact), but if I were, I would tell the Kolache Factory folk to
