    I'd rather get Rondo if we have the chance, even if it requires both Lin + Asik. Yes Calderon might be the better fit at the moment, but you don't skip on the chance to obtain a star like Rondo. This is a superstar/star driven league....you obtain the stars first, and worry about making the pieces fit later.

    Kind of similar to the Miami situation in the beginning of when they had both LBJ and Wade who occupied the same niche on the court. A couple years later...and Wade is one of the better off the ball players in the league as result of changing his play style slightly for the benefit of the team. Rondo and Harden are both high IQ players, they can make it work.

    If Morey somehow snags New Orleans 2014 1st from his protege then he truly is the greatest GM of all-time. That pick has the potential to be Wiggins. I can't see Hinkie giving it up for Asik.

    Nope. Report says they want a starting PG in return for Lin, so Deeks' "Rockets think Bev > Lin" was bull****.

    I think they are playing some games. Maybe only wants to trade Lin but afraid of being cursed by Lin fans. We'll see what hppens

    All stars aren't the same... See Mello.

    Rondo was mouthy with Doc and said himself he's hard to coach... McHale's track record with point guards isn't great.

    And why do people ignore this guys knee. How injured is he...???
