    He and Dwight have a friendship. They talk every time Dwight has been in Houston before games and when teams come out at half.

    What is cocky anyway? But a negative way of saying the word confidence? If Morey is confident, then surely he would seem cocky to other teams that are in on the Dwight Howard sweepstakes.

    Suppose Dwight Howard gives Morey the "Unless another team blows me away with an offer I can't refuse, I think I'll sign with the Rockets." It's not a done deal. But Morey would be stupid not to make other moves to help build the team around Dwight. After all, the beginning of FA is hectic and he can't miss out on a potential deal because he's waiting for that 100% confirmation.

    Sports reporters and their sources are getting out of control. You have a source telling you their opinions about an organization's confidence?

    Who cares that the Rockets are confident in their chances? Going into the meeting with confidence can only be a good thing.
