I wanna try new places. My current favorite place is called Porras near downtown. They have huge breakfast tacos with a crap load of selection. I love breakfast food. Any good places?

Soliz Casa De Tacos in Stafford..

    http://www.yelp.com/biz/soliz-casa-de-tacos-stafford

Seriously they have this thing called the "Nash" - Chorizo, Egg, potatoes, Bacon & Cheese.. Bacon is crazy thick something you cannot buy at the grocery store and there damn HOT Sauce is awesome..

    What sucks..

    1. Waiting to order
    2. Once ordered waiting for the food.
    3. Establishment only has like 6 (small) tables

So order ahead and pick up then eat in your car.

Taqueria Laredo on Washington Ave is solid

If I got out for breakfast, I tend to opt for Chic Fil a's stuff (non breakfast taco), though...

One other solid option -- Pappasito's breakfast tacos at the airports -- VERY good with jalapeno sausage

Poblano's in the Downtown tunnels. It's close to a Whataburger in the tunnels. Amazing breakfast tacos with a very spicy green sauce. Try it out.

wth, since when did it become cool to eat burgers and breakfast tacos at hole-in-the-wall mom and pop restaurants?

And less than a 5 minute drive away from Soliz too. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm surprised nobody mentioned Bob's down in Rosenberg yet.

    and ended shortly thereafter.

people want some good breakfast tacos? make them yourselves. not condoning fast food restaurants, as I try to stray away from them as much as possible, but they are more prone to regulations and cleanliness than the little places.

or so my experience has been.

lol only place endorsed by Ricky Bobby!!

actually, I don't think I've ever eaten there. I applied for a job there once post-highschool / pre-college, but that was about the extent of my Applebee's experience.

    I prefer Luby's.

actually I prefer eating at home. I'm a broke college student, and while I enjoy the occasional mccormick and schmick's or grotto, I don't really have the cash money to eat out like all you refined hole-in-the-wall connoisseurs.
