Why don't they just put an Abomb in a big donut and give it to the monsters?

maybe they just might? Gonna have to wait until the movie comes out and if you're right, you can send letters to the producers of the film and say I want a cut of the big box office earnings.

    I don't know, copyright issues?

    Get in line!

How did you manage to see this in Imax 3D no less with 4000 people waiting in line??

I don't know what that means?

Del Toro never disappointing, we all as a community should spend money on this and send Hollywood a message that we want big budget sci fi action movies!!!

Del Toro had his own vision for a Giant Monster flick.

Is there enough story to make moviegoers care about the plot? Or is it just mindless sci-fi action across the board?

    Either way, I'm interested.

I enjoyed the 1st half more than the 2nd. Also because I saw it in Imax 3D did the action scene become really hard to see because Del Toro zoom in too much? Rinko Kikuchi the Japanese chick didn't say much but she played this puppy dog look almost throughout the entire movie, I thought it was funny.

Liked it a lot but what was with the ****ty CGI???!?! I mean it makes sense with the budget, its really hard to do all that with what they had going in.

It was entertaining as a popcorn flick. Pretty cheesy overall, though.

    The gf and I lol'd @
Raleigh: gg, Mako, we gone die
Mako: Not so fast, my friend. SWORD!

It's like, seriously? Why didn't they use the sword from the beginning instead of punching the monsters?

Why wouldn't she have told him about it? Would seem to be one of the first things you'd tell a pilot.
