People are underrating the threat of Dallas for Dwight. Cuban and Dwight's agent are buddies. Cuban wouldn't do this stuff if he didn't think he had a chance.

Are all first round picks counted toward the caps? So Dallas will have to trade their 18th pick to someone else again?
Or he can just be going balls to the wall. Nothing he picks up this year will change 2014 for the Mavs, so shed salary and W/L total stays the same regardless.
He's got a chance...but it's not a big one. It really just makes no sense, if Dwight wanted to be the face of a franchise he'd stay in Orlando or L.A
Curious to see what happens with Cleveland and Chicago at 19/20. Most likely spot for Rockets to make a move.
