If the police somehow find no usable forensic evidence in Hernandez's home it will make for a great advertisement for the cleaning company that he hired. And it sounds like it was just the gum wrapper found with the shell casing, and since the police had to retrieve that from the trash later on, I'm not sure any DNA retrieved from it would be all that relevant in court (or certainly could be effectively argued down by a competent attorney).
You know, it is sad. He has a 8month child that will only know his dad through prison bars. A better life he could have provided for his family. What's sad is he let his immaturity get the best of him and it effected his and the Lloyd family. Yes, F#ck Hernandez, but I feel sorry for everyone else that has to pay for his dumb choices
http://www.myfoxboston.com/story/22...rnandez-investigated-in-boston-double-killing Source: Hernandez investigated in Boston double-killing Posted: Jun 27, 2013 9:00 AM CDT Updated: Jun 27, 2013 9:10 AM CDT BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- FOX 25 has learned exclusively that investigators are looking into Aaron Hernandez as a possible suspect in a double murder that happened on July 16, 2012 in downtown Boston. According to the Boston Police blog from that date, officers responded to the intersection of Shawmut Avenue and Herald Street just after 2 a.m. When they arrived, they found three people had been shot, two fatally, as they sat in a car at a traffic light. The men were identified as Safiro Furtado and Daniel Abreu. The FOX 25 source said the men, who worked at a cleaning company in Dorchester, had just left a bar in the area. Furtado and Abreu were sitting in the front seat of the vehicle when witnesses said the occupants of a gray or silver SUV with Rhode Island plates opened fire on it. The surviving victim was in the back seat. Investigators believed two others in the car fled the scene. The source said that investigators were looking into Aaron Hernandez's connection to the killing. On Wednesday, Hernandez was charged with murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, of Dorchester. An investigation is ongoing.
I agree. Unless one of his accomplices testify against him or they find the gun there's a chance. Reasonable doubt is all thats needed.
Just saw this and I was wondering in my last post in this thread how many people this guy might have killed. His demeanor and the way he went about killing Lloyd just seemed to easy to him, like it was something he's done before.
I'd like to bring to your attention that there are NUMEROUS girls on twitter saying Aaron Hernandez is now SEXIER since he's been charged with murder. Yes, there is something terribly wrong with our society.

All of these females tweeting that Aaron Hernandez is "soooo much sexier now because he's a bad boy" need to die. Every single one of them.
— DamStone (@DamStone) June 27, 2013
