I'm as big a Heat Hater as there is, and as big a Dan Le b*stard hater as there is BUT I actually found this pretty funny. Every "real" Heat fan has reason to love this because the naysayers have been out for their team with every odd loss- apparently the sky was falling on the Heat. Then Game 6 and 7 happened. The REAL Heat fans deserve this(and I know that sounds weird but there are actually some real Heat fans who've been fans since the team's inception and the Zo/Hardaway days) <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/BQkyxNNNefg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
It was funny for the first 30seconds or so. I can only tolerate so much incessant shouting....props to you guys who could listen to the end.
Just more proof that Bill Simmons knows very little about basketball. That was a pretty funny video. "American runs on Dunkin'...Diaw runs to Dunkin'" Lol He's factually incorrect though when he says that Lebron's 37 pts in game 7 was the highest point total this post-season. Steph Curry scored 44 pts in Golden State's double ot loss to San Antonio in game 1 of the western conference semi-finals.
Not certain, but I think he meant it was LeBron's highest point total this post-season... which I'm not even sure if it was, but I'm waaay too lazy to check lol. There had to have been others who scored over 37 other than Curry, right?
Florida fans are the most spoiled and poorly educated fans in the country. They've been brought up to be bandwagon chasers essentially. Win a championship, tank, tank, tank, forget your team exists, then splurge on a single year and win another championship. It just sucks that they've been as lucky as they have. Even then though I rooted for Miami. Screw San Antonio, they have enough championships to last them another thirty years.
This I agree with, even though I'm a Florida fan. The majority are just awful, awful fans. But this has never been a secret, and it's never going to change.
