    Exactly!

I wasn't there 'cause I had to be back in Shreveport, where I was living at the time.

I was in town for game 6, wearing my Maxwell jersey and cruisin' the streets after the game...lol.

Went to Bennigan's at Kirby and 59 - it was amazing. Like nothing I've ever seen or experienced.

People high fiving and hugging - like a huge family. You didn't know these people, but it didn't matter. All outside the restaurant, just a ridiculous party.

Dream's block on Starks and Max's shot to seal game 7 - sweet memories.

Two other plays that stand out in the series was Dream's spin and dunk on Ewing and the out of bounds alley oop one handed throwdown by Horry on Oakley.

Winning the championship was awesome, but I've always felt it shouldn't have gone to 7 games. Felt the Rockets were a lot better than the Knicks......

The Knicks weren't the most talented team, remember they almost choked against the Pacers, but they worked the hardest and Pat Riley just willed them to win.

True, wish it would've been the Pacers though. That Finals would've been epic, 1994 Finals was nailbiting but very ugly because of the Knicks' style of play. Reggie was at his best and I think it would've brought out the best in Max as well, which always made the games more fun to watch. Whenever Maxwell was in it, emotionally by getting a technical, starting a fight or thrash talking and making a couple of crazy shots, you knew it was going to be a good game. He talked a lot of **** during the Finals, you can even hear him in game 3 saying: "I'm sick of these mother****ers" when shooting FTs but he didn't back it up and wasn't really emotionally in it like he usually was. I give the Knicks credit for that, they messed up the Rockets game plan which is why it's even more amazing they won that series.

    Don't forget Cassell's 3 pointer to win game 3.

    Too many heroes...

I was in NY at the time. Living among hard core Knicks fans.

It doesnt get any better than that.

Oh, and I hated OJ Simpson. Not because he butchered Nicole but because he didnt have the decency to make his getaway attempt until after Game 5 was over.

Thanks to this thread I had to best out the 1994 championship DVD set and rewatch some of the games. Just amazing.

One of the funniest Maxwell moments was in game 3. 3rd quarter. He's shooting ft's. He's just cussing and the mic picks it up. I remembered it when it happened. I cranked the volume and listened to it again.

5 minutes after that happened he's arguing with a Knicks fan in stand, then seemingly gets calmed down from that but immediately runs over and starts talking trash with his head wagging the whole time, and he gets a tech called on him.

    It was hilarious.

Awesomeness. I miss seeing Rudy T on the bench, he used to get as excited as the players during the games

I just wish they would put the 94-95 championship on DVD/Blu-ray too. I don't care if it's only 4 games!!!!! I can only tear up from watching the 93-94 games so many times!
