This is not a good omen for Sadam. The best American tank commander ever is now after him. The Wrath of Old Blood and Guts
Sino -- the story didn't say anything about "peace protestors." It only referred to the suspects as "vandals." Do you have some inside info?
The patterns check out: SF Police Find Cache Of Molotov Cocktails The stupidity of the "Peace" Movement has hit a new low (high?).
So your answer is "no." You may want to be more careful about misleading thread titles in the future.
Kind of like abortion clinic bombings. War kills more babies than abortion anyway. There's some irony there.
No problem. I have no qualms about pointing out when peace activists do stupid things (like use violence in the name of peace). I just want to make sure we're blaming the right people when we do.
I thought the trade sanctions were responsible for killing babies. Babies: a creature everybody accuses everybody else in the world of having killed, but nonetheless continually sprang up.
I still think these people fit the billing of "peace" protestors. Their action is probably considered an anti-war "protest" in their own minds. Speculative though. I am all for rational discourse on the war, even though its a bit late now. But some of the so-called protests, especially in San Fran, are plain disgusting. Sane people who are against the war need to be vocally distancing themselves from these inanities.
With the thread title news, what does this say about Rumsfeld's historical stature? Protesters Trash Grounds Around Rumsfeld's Home
Or you can say it was just a bunch of idiot vandals who think they're patriotic by giving the peaceniks a bad name. Jumping to conclusions is a dangerous game, no?
:ulls head out of the monitor:: Upon further review, the receiver had two feet inbounds, and control of the ball. I mean. those were not war protest folks. Those were some Sophomore High School kids trying to be funny. You would atleast think if they were mid easterners, they would spell allah right.
Occam's razor, friend. Actually, it could have been the CIA pretending to be FBI who were disguised as pro-war fanatics, trying to give 'peaceniks' a bad name.
By virtue of the blatant stupidity displayed by the vandals, I don't think that the intent was to promote a cause, but more like what Kam was saying.
