Random Question, but is the morning show, 'Mike and Mike' on ESPN... pre-recorded? Because I have a hard time believing Mike&Mike, as well as all the guests they have on the show, are really up and awake that early in the morning at a consistent basis.
Not only is it live, but they have to actually shower/shave/look presentable (unlike most morning radio folk) since they're simulcast on TV,ESPN2.
Not that early (most morning shows start at 6 a.m.), plus they talk about the games from the night before so even if they wanted to prerecord it they would have to do it at midnight the night before.
But they're hosting in the East Coast. So 6am is nothing. If OP actually works, you would know how many commute at 5:30-6am. Traffic is crazy around that time (well 405 LA that is).
Did you not read the post above yours? I clarified that I didn't know they were based in NY. I thought they were in LA.
I always figured it was Bristol, CT like most other ESPN shows. Not sure how many ESPN shows are based in LA. SportsNation is the only one I'm really aware of.
They're not in NY. They are in Bristol, CT, which is where the ESPN campus is located and where nearly all of the shows on that network are filmed.
