Can't compare a man to a woman, but I'd take Serena over steffi any day. Did steffi even lift?

What we're trying to say, without being too insensitive, aside from me, is that Serena is just too strong because she's brimming with testosterone the other girls don't have. Yes, there's a large element of skill behind it, but I wouldn't put it on the level of a Nav, Graf or Evert. She just has so much force behind her shots to go along with athletic agility, that a woman can't realistically beat her when she's at her best.

    End of.

I met Ana in London. She's fiesty and definitely into me but sexywise, she's the slavic girl next door. I'd put Maria Kirilenko on top, although I only know 15-20 WTA player's.

Sharapova hits the ball harder than Serena, Sharapova before her shoulder injury would pop 1st serves at 119 mph on a regular basis, she is just slow as molasis. Azarenka beat Serena earlier this year, but i agree with your statement when Serena is at her best... NO WOMAN ever created will beat her

Your right Serena is not as skilled as Graf, Evert, or Nav... but i think it takes a fair amount of skill to win 23 straight matches on clay, the surface that is the hardest to hit aces on, and hit flat out winners, it takes a lot of power off the court, she is an underrated net player as well, what was she 13/15 at the net againist Sharapova today

If Graff had the same training players have now a day, the same facilities and was user to play on these courts i doubt that.

I believe when comparing players of different ages you should see how they dominated the opponents who played under similar circumstances. Saying players are faster, and hit the ball harder today doesn't mean anything. The equipment is much better now, and the training, and facilities are also not comparable, ofcourse players today hit the ball harder.

Serena has fast twitch muscle fibers Graf lacks and when I say strength, I include racket speed and recovery to reposition. Sharapova hits harder because she winds up and goes for the home run swing each time, Serena generates velocity without the need for that, giving her a huge advantage. Equipment does separate the era's, but im isolating their qualities as players instead of factoring in pointless stats like serena hitting the fastest woman's serve of all time this year making her 'strongest'.

Take a wildcard qualifier in the men's bracket and they'll beat the #1 women's seed each time because of: strength. Even smaller guys like davydenko can crush crosscourt winners with racket speed. It's all testosterone and Serena has male levels of it.

Serena just has quick racqet head speed( thats normal for tennis players). Henin and Sam Stosur both posses quicker raqcet head speed than Serena. So are you saying its unfair for Serena to compared with other women because of her build... Google ..Sabine Lisicki or Angelique Kerber... these are big female tennis players who hit harder without "winding up" than Serena they are just not as consistent in tournaments or are mental midgets, their are plenty of matches were Serena should have LOST, but she is mentally tough, and believes she can win.

Im sorry im not buying your theory, Serena is where she is in the sport, because she has talent, iq, and athletic ability. You cant be a dominant tennis player without having talent
