    Williams doubtful

Rockets forward Walt Williams was listed as doubtful for tonight's game with a sprained left knee. Williams landed awkwardly on a jump shot against the Suns on Sunday, hyperextending the knee.

"It's pretty sore right now, but it's a good prognosis," he said. "I just sprained it. It should heal pretty quickly."

Williams then denied a charge by replacement starter Matt Bullard that he had actually become sidelined with "a case of Shaq-itis."

"I don't think I was going to guard Shaq," Williams said.

S*it. What's our active roster now?

(And Mo is playin with a sprained ankle and a broken finger - no one heals that fast...)

Hopefully we'll get these injuries out in the next 1-1/2 weeks. Later in the season and they REALLY hurt.

No one expects us to beat the Lakers anyway. I don't like our record so far, but I'd rather Rudy threw this game than exacerbate the current injuries. Think about the future, always.
