I think we're underestimating Cato's ankle sprain. Bryant missed games of the NBA FINALS when he landed on someone's foot. Cato has a lot more mass and weight, which would make his fall even harder. From what I saw, if I recall, not only did he land on the guy's foot, but he proceeded to roll his ankle.

On a positive side, this could prove valuable experience for Collier (especially with Olajuwon unlikely to go 82 games), much like KT got last year.

    Let's hope Cato's ok.

I agree with NikeStrad. Cato is not a wimp.

A high ankle sprain is a very serious injury

Durin the horrible Rox v Clipps game, they said that Brian Skinner was out nearly the whole year last year becuz of a high ankle sprain. Also, Brian Skinner had called that high ankle sprain one of his most painful injuries.

    COLLIER RULES!!! [IMG]

Anybody got any ideas on who the Rockets could pick up if Cato is out for the year? Doleac doesn't seem to be getting many minutes so far this year. How about Jelani McCoy from Seattle? I've got it, let's bring Willis back. He's been playing pretty good so far. Or, should we just stick with Collier & give him a baptism under fire? What do ya'll think?

This just means it's time for Hakeem to step up and prove to all the naysayers that he still has it in him.

I honestly think that once he is in playing shape he will be able to put up 10 to 15 point's and 10 to 15 boards but remember it's been a long time since he's played long miniutes so he will have to play himself back into shape.

As far as Collier throw his ass out there and let him sink or swim !

Though I have been an Olajuwon optomistic for quite some time, I have no idea now what to expect from Dream. He told everyone that he would bring a lot to the table this year and I haven't seen much difference at all from his play at the end of last year. How do we know for a fact that he is definitely out of shape? I wish it was that easy, but maybe his body has taken the final hit and the ref is slowly counting to ten. I would like to say that he could pop right back up and give it a good go for the rest of the year, but I don't know if thats possible. I would love for him to play the rest of the year out the way he did at the beginning of last year. Oh well, here's to Hakeem's health and to a storybook ending.
