Im amazed that ppl just watched this. Somebody woulda gotten their rear ends chopped or shot if they tried this bs in the us

 

Violence does not always begat violence, if you hurt an enemy so bad you can take away their appetite for violence, see Germany and Japan in WW2.

More details from reports:

- The person filming the speech was just a random passer-by. The two that committed the crime were casually asking witnesses to pull out their cells and record/take pictures. So they obviously cared about giving statements and making a point.

- The two killers warned against any men getting near the body but allowed women to check on the victims status (which is why in some videos you see a woman laying beside the body as she is checking on him)

- Some believe they were attempting a suicide-by-cop situation

- And the reason everyone is so non-chalant about the situation is because, apparently the town of Woolwich is a pretty rough place and outwardly violent acts in public are not all that strange to the locale

This is less about religion and more about his political beliefs, however that's not going to stop people into saying what they want about Islam. Oh well.

People, not religion. A religion didn't do this, an idiot did. Was he motivated by his religious perception? Sure. Obviously incorrect perceptions. Feel bad for the victim, it's sad he had to go out like this. Can't imagine what his family must be going through. The attacker will get what he deserves eventually.

I was in London a few months ago. Absolutely loved the city and the nice people. Surprised of what happened here. Those idiots were ready to die. Just freakin' crazy.

 

Sandy Hook and Aurora theater struck terror in me. They were never classed as such.

 

If Islam was forward-thinking, they'd change their name so as to not be associated with Islam (the crazy, fundamental extremist kind).

 

Up close, a knife/hatchet can be just as lethal as a gun. Ridiculous that those Brit coppers won't arm themselves in a country with increased knife attacks or situations like this. What if this happens again? Do they have to phone in the special response team to unlock the firearms at HQ while ensuring paperwork approval happens within 20 to 30 minutes?

That's idiotic. Why would Islam need to change their name to disassociate with a crazy ideology that puts the Islam tag on it?

ie: The Nation of Islam believes the white man is the devil, God is a human being and that spaceships will come to earth to save the righteous and destroy white folk. They should've changed THEIR name to "Nation of Sci-Fi Idiocy" not Islam.

Just cause ignorant r****ds customize the religion for their own stupid goals and attribute it to Islam doesn't warrant Islam to change it's name. Those bastards aren't following Islam correct and thus are not Muslim. Plain and simple.
