I think it has been confirmed for fall 2013. They stopped the anime because it caught up to the manga; that was 2 years ago. The author of the manga was hospitalized and couldn't continue it. I believe the manga starts back up this year too.
Hey, you haven't posted here in a while. True, but I've watched most that I've wanted to. Especially trigun, eden, and gunslinger girl off the top of my head. I just really like what crunchyroll offers more and I didn't want to pay for both. Getting to watch ef, gurren lagann, Sao, little busters, and ATTACK ON TITAN!
I saw that the manga had new bits last month. I haven't read them all yet so I hadn't gotten to the new ones. I just finished Prince no Sama and started Prince no Sama 2... first anime I've began that is still in production at the moment
Yeah, it was awesome, as usual. i went ahead and read the manga, but it's still amazing how the anime just keeps improving on the source material. I watch a ton of ongoing anime series, and this is by far my favorite right now.
So you're saying anime>manga? If so, that's awesome. Its usually the opposite, but man I just look forward to this every week. Even the intro gets me excited i just llisten to the song, it's a good song actually even though I don't understand what they're saying.
So I'm watching kuroko basketball and I'm wondering who do yall think are the characters Nba counterparts? I'm only at Seiren vs Shutoku so I've only seen midorima, kise, and kuroko play from the generation of miracles. Easiest for me is midorima = Stephen Curry Kagami = Josh Smith Then Kuroko = Tough one, don't think anyone compares, but if I had to choose... I want to say Okc Maynor. Due to the fact that all they really needed him to do anything, but set others up. Kise = I want to say wade or kobe Hyuuga = Fisher
Hmm...good question actually. I'll be using the popular ones: Seirin High Kuroko- Cousy Kagami- King Teppei- Dream Kaijō High Kise- Melo Shūtoku High Midorima- Durantula Tōō High Aomine- His Airness (or prime T-Mac yeah ) Yōsen High Murasakibara- Chamberlain Rakuzan High Akashi- Big O But that's just me
I pay about $6 per month for Crunchyroll, HD quality, no ads. It's great. My top 10 anime's are probably the following: Naruto Shippuden Rurouni Kenshin Hunter x Hunter Bleach One Piece Sword Art Online Dragon Ball Z Death Note Full Metal Alchemist Attack on Titan (ongoing, but great so far. I expect it to be high on my list) Plan to watch Gurren Lagann and Fairy Tail soon.
Man, I keep seeing this aomine getting compared to mj. Really excited to see this guy. When does he debut?
He'll debut later in the anime.(not intending to spoiler) He is basically the ball-dominant player. He doesn't rely on his teammates, but he has a stronger style of play than Kagami's.
Finished kuroko. Teppei = magic as of the anime so far. Big guy who handles like a point. Didn't see his rebounding or post skills at all to compare him to any big. aomine = Jordan I can agree with. Kise = Kobe makes most sense with skillset and rivalry/comparison to Jordan. Sakurai = Ray Allen moves well off the ball, quick release, 3pt shooter. Reading on Crunchyroll season 2 will be in September. Can't wait for that. Looking forward to kuroko's improvement and the debut of the generation of miracles' PG and C, they look awesome.
Here's a short teaser for Miyazaki's new film, Kaze Tachinu ("The Wind Rises"), which will be released in Japan on July 20th. It's about about Jiro Horikoshi, best known as the designer of the fighter planes used by Japan in WWII. Although Miyazaki co-wrote The Secret World of Arrietty (2010) and From Up On Poppy Hill (2011), this will be the first feature-length film since Ponyo (2008) that he has directed. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/5teNe-Z9hlE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Hopefully Miyazaki will live to be about two hundred years old so we can get another twenty films out of him.
so I'm still finding new stuff to watch.. the one I'm on right now La Corda d'Oro... it's actually pretty good. Lots of music stuff which I am enjoying.
It was pretty good. I didn't realize it until I started to watch the "second passo" but it's based on a game. Apparently the second season was merely a two episode promo for the game. Now I've moved onto The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It's actually pretty funny, but they totally screwed with it as far as airing episodes. There is a chronological order that I've been watching it in.. if you watch it in the order that crunchyroll has it.. it's way confusing. But the premise is really cool and there are some funny one liners as well.
That bizarre order is actually intended. Believe me, I was as confused as you were. I'm not quite sure why they did it that way, I don't think it really adds anything. Probably best to watch it in chronological order, as you're doing (well, except for the first episode, that one's fun to watch without a context).
