    Okay, we're ready to start Round One of the tournament. Participants have been broken up randomly into groups.

    You must play everyone in your group. After each game, the winner posts the result in this thread in this format:

    DuncanIdaho beats BobFinn*

    RIET beats Kam

    etc....

    I will keep score with my little sheet and use the results to create seedings for the Round Two bracket.

    Please use this thread only for posting results. To get in touch with each other to meet for games, use the "Clutch City Chess Tournament Challenge Thread".

    LOL, I hope no one cheats...you know has a chess program running and just copies the moves the chess program does and plays them off has his own, ;) thats the lowest...

    any chess program. Just have it running at the same time you're playing someone online, then when he moves, you move that same piece against the computer and see what the computer counters with...then you move your piece the same way...I've never done it, but I'd imagine one would be unstoppable with Chessmaster8000 and some lack of conscience.
