No, not really. There's probably LITTLE chance that would ever happen. I would venture to think that there is little to 0% probability that a teacher would ever go to a public swimming pool where she knows there's a chance her students might lurk, loiter, live around, or go to swim, too. If that happens, it's a matter of chance, not a matter of her choosing to go there for that purpose.

In the case of her shooting modeling photos, she was more than likely getting paid or paying for these, and they will be out in public. Such is the difference between CHANCE and ON-PURPOSE.

I am saying that there is little to no difference between the suggestive poses with clothes on and without, because of her position as a teacher. And, no, it would not apply to all other models, if that's their profession.
