Eh, probably none of them. Terrence Jones would have to develop a killer 3 point shot if he were to have a chance, but I think he's got the most tools of any of the PFs so I voted for him.

I just worry that McHale will try to turn D.Mo, T.Rob, and T.Jones into spot up shooters and nothing else. That's a waste of their size and low post abilities .... but it's in line with Morey Ball philosophy ... every forward only good for a perimeter shooter.

Honestly havent seen enough from any of them to see what they're really capable of, especially in this offense that doesnt feature them at all, unless they decide to develop a 3 point shot.

I am rooting for T-Rob though, has the tools to be an elite team defender, just needs a better coach.

I think Dmo has a chance to be a very special player, can't wait to see his improvement next year.

Let's hope at least one of them becomes an above average starter in the NBA.

That said, I will go with Robinson, Jones, then D-Mo. I prefer defense and rebounding over offense. We need scoring next to Asik, but I'm not sure if D-Mo brings that consistently enough to win the starting spot. His height will help him succeed. Smith is a scrub and won't cut it as a starter.

I see T-Jones having the most potential out of that group. I don't see "superstar" potential but I do see a drive where I would think they want to hone their craft. Despite barely playing, I can see the fire that Terrance plays with, it is pretty refreshing. It goes with Parsons, Harden, Asik, Dmo (Even though he struggles, he always had fight and hustle in him), Pat with who I see playing with the biggest desire to win (Not saying every other player doesn't care but I just see them trying to go all out), having watched all the games this season.

    None of above.

If I must choose one, I would choose Dmo, he has potential becoming one. Just need to be stronger.

they'd have until october 31 to decline his 3rd year, in all honesty a team like charlotte would surely give up at least a 2nd rnd pick for robinson, the chances of a 2nd round pick having anywhere near the chance of trob of becoming a star is negligble, meanwhile since their team is all kids, salary space is hardly a premium.

All of you saying "none of the above" need to check your logic. A 1 in a million chance is higher than 1 in a billion. :) So I'm going with D-Mo even though I think none of them will be a star.

Highest Jones - summer league... ok, i'll stop talking. but, he was damn impressive in summer league with his all around game!

Lowest White - headcases that are good play. headcases that are mediocre don't.

I'm just aiming for rotation player. I think Jones is the most likely to pan out, but if Motiejunas or Robinson do figure it out, they'll be better -- it's just that they might not ever amount to anything. Smith also is a less volatile bet like Jones, with not much upside or downside. White won't even play in an NBA game, so he's all downside.

Royce White is not mentioned and his talent alone is better than 4 mentioned.

But obviously his anxiety drama is keeping him off of the team's active roster.

Looking at PER it's definitely Jones. If he gets minutes next season, you'd expect that number to go up, and if it does, he'd be on par with star players in terms of PER. Of course, that doesn't take everything into account, but a high PER correlates pretty well with the stars in this league.

Ill go with the 5th pick Trob he's got everything you ask for in a stud pf. Size, length, athletism, defense and rebounding to go with good shot mechanics. If any will be a star it's him. Now I have said it before t jones has the least bust factor but his ceiling is not as high as Trob. Dmo I just think is another euro big who will be out the NBA in 3 yrs.

None of the above. I don't have faith that any of them will be anymore than a "Carl Landry" type = serviceable role player off the bench in a 9 man rotation. Nothing wrong with that mind you, but it is not a high ceiling and the Rockets need more high ceiling talent.

If the Rockets can move any of them for a more proven talent then or something with more upside then they should do so.

    None of them.

The term Superstar is being thrown around way too loosely.

When I think Superstar Power Forward I think of players like Duncan, Malone, Hayes, McHale, KG, Barkley, Dirk etc.

Then you have All-Star Forwards and players like C-Webb, Rasheed Wallace, Jermaine O'neal when they were in their prime come to mind. Todays standards would include players like Zach Randolph, Griffin, Love, Bosh, LaMarcus Aldridge, Lee etc.

Then you have Stars like Ibaka, Josh Smith, Millsap, Boozer, David West or Otis Thorpe for you nostalgia fanatics.

I know it's early but Superstar is definitely out of the question and All-star would be difficult as well. I think it's hard to see any of our players becoming a "star" even. A starting contributor/ serviceable rotational player is a more realistic expectation we should be aiming for.
