Jeremy Lin is a large reason of why we lost this series

Better than Bev? Seriously? Look, I'm no LOH or LOF I'm a Rockets fan but c'mon. Bev was damn near shut down defense on the perimeter, and in my opinion should be allowed to compete for the starting position next season.

 

I remember at one point Lin entered the game with us up and OKC immediately scored a 3 (by someone Lin wasn't covering) and I immediately thought about how clutchfans was gonna blame this game on Jeremy and laughed.

 

Like the dude from basketball jones said, dumbasses get distracted by little shiny objects. There is no doubt he will improve. 16/8 is what i'm expecting next year from lin. I also think we will see a leap in harden's defense.

 

didnt attacked the rim once, airballed a three, everytime he tried to drive he almost lost his dribble. also too passive, whenever he has the ball he cant wait to call a teammate and pass the ball to him and go camp in the 3pt line

 

How about the first play, the Harden pass to Lin that was intercepted?

 

Let me get this straight, you are blaming his parking at the arc as some sort of individual game-plan by him? So ou think Mchale wants him to attack and attack but Lin relishes the chance to spot up on the weak side instead? News flash, he has been parked at the baseline since game 3 of the season, while everyone decided to just watch Harden do his thing as the offensive strategy for this season.

Put me in the camp of people that didn't want Lin to play but this thread is just so...............dumb and kneejerk. Guy played 13 mins. He did suck though.

 

How do you know that is Mchale's doing though. Parons and Beverly both attack the basket when they want to, so why doesn't Lin?

Another thread that will probably go for a bunch of pages based around a idiotic opinion.

Lin played pretty good defense in the first half, the second half was where the game got away from the team and blaming Lin makes as much sense as blaming it on the lack of playing Terrance Jones or Thomas Robinson.

 

Yeah and that was immediately followed by a Rocket TO (Lin never even touched the ball) which led to a transition bucket for OKC- so in less than a minute OKC had scored 5 pts. I thought the exact same thing
