Extremely disappointed in Lin. Not once in this playoffs series could I say he played well. It was either extremely mediocre or downright bad.

He was the x factor in this series, and his low production cost us bad. No one showed up tonight, but at least every player contributed in other games. Lin's bad or mediocre play has been a common denominator in EVERY game.

Yes, you could blame the injury, but thats only part of the reason.

    Oh well

Harden needs a change of attitude for the rockets to improve! I wish Chandler just takes the leadership role away from him and put the team on his shoulders. I see Chandler as being a better leader and player!

Yes. If he gets a mid range and does some post moves, the guy depends too much on his 3 point shots and taking it to the whole trying for a whistle. People say Lin's defense is bad...that means Harden's defense is pathetic. He's a fools gold if he keeps playing like this....plain and simple. Neither Harden or Lin will improve much....

I don't think anyone wants to get rid of Asik but he can't be THE MAN. He is too deficient giving up offensive rebounds(Wow, Collison boxing him out and out hustling him on every ball) and he has ZERO offensive game....many a soft layup attempted when he should be slamming. And unless it's a slam he ain't scoring. Let's be honest here. Not dogging him..he's been a pleasant surprise but we are so dependent on the perimeter game because we have no inside or midrange game. In retrospect, not having 2Pat's midrange game HURT. We MUST correct that in the off season.

You are as dumb as a door knob. Are you blond by any chance?

Do YOU really think this board has any decision on whose going or staying?

Today, we lost to experience, but we gained experience as well.

Agreed but I hope Morey will keep the status quo lineup of Harden, Lin, Parsons, and Asik for next season.

Recent info has convinced me McHale isn't the one running all the ISO Harden stuff, but Harden himself. We need a coach who can control him and check his ego. McHale has zero control over James and is probably too much of a wuss to really confront him.

DH12 and Asik playing together? Yeah that'll be interesting. Also I doubt we can afford it unless we get rid off all our bench

Hopefully Z-Bo and Marc Gasol destroy the thunder

I'm too, but then he really did only play 1.5 games...the first being a truly bad game. But even Harden had that really bad game....I had hope for the team to lose but lose with Asik, Harden, Parsons, Lin, and a 5th player fighting too the end....no one of them on the bench. All four were a big reason why the team even made the playoffs...

A coach that can tame a superstar ego in the league is rare. Popovich is the only one that comes to mind

Rockets can afford it. I'm not Bima but I believe to make it work all we have to give up is a couple people not the whole bench.

Great season. I'm really excited for our team because they can only get better. I really hoped we could extend this series to 7 but our lack of depth really showed tonight. Lin was not himself, Delfino - our main bench guy - was missing tonight, and Fisher somehow finding the fountain of youth really killed our chances.

Overall, good game plan by our staff to let others beat us. OKC just hit those shots they missed before and made us pay for paying too much attention on Durant. Kudos to Martin/Jackson/Fisher for hitting those shots.

its the coach and the system. obviously mchale condones all the iso if it happens every damn game. we need a coach that will hold harden accountable for bad play when/if it happens.

Three years ago, the Thunder reached the playoffs for the first time. (It was KDurant's third year in the league.) They lost in the first round to the LA Lakers but took the series to six games.

The Rockets will get better. If we're on the same trajectory that OKC's been on, I am very alright with that.
