Rockets are UNDERRATED as usual. We've got Lin back too. If we get just a decent share of whistles, we are certainly the favorite in Game 6.
All we have to do is beat a team lead by Kevin Durant 4 times in a row to win the series. How hard can that be?
The Rockets should come out to this tonight! <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/-wcBDjXhOZk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
That was fun to look at. Thanks, OP. I found it interesting that a couple of the West Coast states had averages that were closer to giving the Rockets a puncher's chance than pretty much anywhere else, except Texas, of course. California and Washington both favor the Thunder 52%-48%, the closest I've found. I can see OKC stealing Seattle's team having a lot to do with that, but what about the nation's largest state, California? Wonder why it's that close there? Do they know something the rest of the country doesn't?
Yeah but most people in Austin are not. There are more people from Austin in Austin than Houston. And they are UT fans. Makes sense?
Man, I don't want to live in south Oklahoma...I want TEXAS!!! change your rules, damnit It's actually funny though. I remember living in Shreveport and because of some commercial friends in NO start calling me a yankee.
Oh come on. I've lived in Richardson, north of Dallas, for the last nine years but have been a steady Rockets fan. Don't include me in that nonsense.
No one believe the Rockets can win game6, including the fan base in China and Taiwan. Are we over-confident?
Kendrick Perkins is massively overrated and has not been a big factor this series. Ibaka and Durant are the main advantages they have over us. If Martin comes out of his slump, their offense will improve as well.
Daryl Morey reads Clutchfans? <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>No one believes in us! <a href="http://t.co/YWxkMBI9il" title="http://espn.go.com/espn/fp/flashPollResultsState?sportIndex=sportsnation&pollId=3670265">espn.go.com/espn/fp/flashP…</a></p>— Daryl Morey (@dmorey) <a href="https://twitter.com/dmorey/status/330404992345321472">May 3, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
No. Only garbage fans don't believe their team will win. I will believe until I am proven wrong. Are the odds stacked against us? Absolutely. Is history against us? Absolutely. Is it impossible? Hell no! Us winning this series is somewhere between a possibility and a probability!
I don't blame anyone for doubting us considering it's something that has never happened in the history of the NBA, and even an 8 beating a 1 has only happened twice. If they pull this off it'll will be one of the greatest upsets of all time. If the Bucks had managed to push Miami to six games would anybody here be putting Money on the Bucks to win? I realize it's not the greatest comparison, but to the average casual fan it might as well be.
I don't blame people for doubting us either. Odds are stacked hugely against us. That said, I still say (cue Cartman's high whiney pitch) "Screw you guys!" I believe we can win until Rockets prove me wrong.
