There is a second video that shows a police car picking him up. Bad cops like this one ruins the reputation for all the good cops. SMH. I hope this guy gets to sue the department and win because that was an unnecessary arrest. The police did not show any identification, so the man had no reason to show him the tea. The man was not trespassing, nor was he resisting arrest. That cop needs to get fired ASAP. No place in this earth for cops like that.
He had some **** in that drink. Anyway, looks like a rent a cop. This Paul Blart Probably failed out of the academy.
Similar thing happened to my friend in the parking lot of work. He was selling tamales out his trunk and sipping on tea, never mind he was sipping on a 4 loko and an off duty warehouse worker went robocop on him. He quickly defused the situation by saying sir this and sir that. Power tripping problems.
arrested for being black part two <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/IXlnZbwfhXk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Doubt it, they didn't even charge him with drug/alcohol possession. Got him with trespassing and resisting arrest. Youth these days, no respecting for strangers asking for your drink. Consider it a lesson learned. http://www.wbtw.com/story/22146284/...e-drinking-tea-in-nc-liquor-store-parking-lot
He played that man. He tried to act like the arizona iced tea was some ALCOHOLIC beverage. That cop reminds me of PE in grade school- if you're chewing gum, you're done for the day. But even if you're only acting like you're chewing gum, acting well enough to fool him, well you're done then too. When trolling irl goes wrong.
